Job Role / Responsibilities
- Provide free medical consultation to bank staff and their family members.
- Certify and verify staff medical/hospitalization bills.
- Advise on sick leave, extraordinary leave, or transfers on medical grounds.
- Conduct medical check-ups of new recruits if required.
- Offer assistance in medical cases and emergencies as needed.
- Suggest routine medical treatment or medicines in case of medical emergencies, including over phone or from your own clinic.
Remuneration
- Fees: ₹1,000 per hour (all-inclusive)
- Working Hours: 8 hours per week (timing decided by the bank)
- Other Benefits: No other allowances or benefits. Not eligible for leave, PF, gratuity, or any other facilities.
Contract Details
- Initial Term: 2 years
- Extension: Can be renewed for 2 more years each time based on performance
