Many times, the government finds it difficult to know who is getting the benefits of government schemes and who is not. Without a proper system, some people get help even if they don’t need it, while the real needy people are left out.

To fix this problem, the Madhya Pradesh government started the Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission. Under this, a special number called Samagra ID is given to every family and each of its members. This helps the government keep proper records and make sure that the right people get the right benefits on time.
